Thoughtfully crafted dishes highlight notes of citrus, oak, caramel and spice, with each plate designed to pair beautifully with a signature Ben Buckler cocktail. The menu features scallop crudo with whiskey blood orange syrup, charred whiskey glazed beef cheek and a warm pecan and whiskey tarte.
