The evening begins with a selection of delicate starters including freshly shucked oysters with passionfruit mignonette and creamy burrata with warm truffle honey and fig. For mains, enjoy signature dishes such as parsley and shallot lobster linguine, or air-dried duck breast with beetroot fondant, amarena cherry, and chèvre. Dessert features a Sweet Heart Meringue paired with raspberry and champagne sorbet to finish on a romantic note.
Live music will accompany the evening, creating an inviting and intimate atmosphere throughout the night.
